  13. Melt 180g of butter.
  14. Add 3 eggs, 3 egg yolks, 115g caster sugar, 3.5 tbsp grapefruit marmalade and the melted butter into a bowl.
  15. Squeeze about half a lemon into the bowl.
  16. Whisk all the ingredients and pour into the pastry case.
  17. Bake in the oven for a further 20-35 minutes.
  18. Serve, optionally with cream.
