  1. In a pressure cooker pour gingelly oil then add cinnamon,clove,cardamom wait till it pop.
  2. Now add chopped onion, salt and chilli saute well then add ginger garlic paste till the raw smell is gone and the colour changed into golden brown.
  3. Add the tomato wait till its become mashy then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, mutton bone, turmeric,cumin and pepper saute till oil break seperately.
  4. Add water and cover the lid and cook for 5-6 whistle then cook for 10mins in a low flame.
  5. Now switch off the flame and the healthy sup is ready to drink 🍲
