  4. Brush patties with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Lastly, bake for about 25 minutes in a 200°C oven, flipping halfway through and brushing with some more olive oil if desired
  5. Enjoy warm or cold

Repeat with the remaining mixture to create four patties. We usually eat Mexican style food - chilli, tortillas, salad, guacamole - the same way every time.
