- You can use Mayonnaise or even Salad Cream instead of Seafood Sauce, but the Sauce compliments the Salmon best.
I added more dill and spinach than called for but that's because i like dill and spinach. This method of cooking salmon makes for such tasty fish that you might want to serve it on its own.
