Although I added double curry paste we still didn't have enough heat for our taste. After the thai peppers it had some kick. Add the tofu, bell pepper and snow peas, and increase the heat to medium-high. Pour in coconut milk, scraping up any curry paste with a wooden spoon. Add fish sauce, lime zest and juice.
