- Mix together the pork, carrots, garlic, onion, parsley, egg, and soy sauce in a big mixing bowl. Add 2-3 pinches of salt.
- Place a peace of lumpia wrapper on a flat surface. At the bottom end, add 1 tbsp of the lumpia filling mix.
- Arrange the filling to flatten it and elongate in a semi oblong shape.
- Roll the bottom part of the wrapper over the filling.
- Fold each side over the filling.
- Roll the lumpia towards the last quarter of the end.
- Wet your fingers with water and carefully spread the water over the last quarter bit of the wrapper. Imagine you are putting glue on a piece of paper.
- Roll the lumpia over the watered end and so you now have a lumpia roll!
