Add the crabs and saute for a few minutes. Add the wine and reduce by half. Add the tomatoes, peppercorns, bay leaf and enough water to cover and Fold in the salmon, crab, and potatoes. Ladle the chowder into individual bowls and top with a Whole-Grain Crouton and drizzle with Pinot Glaze. Crab salad with tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
